Premises Licence Grants and Full Variations

Applications for the grant and variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 must be sent to all ten Responsible Authorities. Applications for boats and other vessels must also be sent to the Environment Agency at the details stated above.

If you are posting your application, then you are responsible for ensuring that all Responsible Authorities are sent a copy. If you are submitting an online application on Gov.uk then the Licensing Authority will distribute the application to the other responsible authorities.

Transfer Applications:

Applications for the transfer of a premises licence must be sent to the Licensing team, Thames Valley Police and Immigration Enforcement.

If you are posting your application then you must ensure that all three Responsible Authorities have been sent a copy. If you are submitting an online application on Gov.uk then the Licensing Authority will distribute the application to the other responsible authorities.
