Construction Design Management (CDM) – the responsibilities and the role of the client

Knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations are essential for all those responsible for RBC properties.

The workshop will define:

• What a construction project includes
• Your duties as an employer (HSAWA)
• The role of the Duty Holders
• The different phases of construction within the context of the Regulations

Within the workshop delegates will work through scenarios to help implement the knowledge gained. The training is delivered by the Corporate Health and Safety Team.
