As part of our Customer Experience Strategy, we have created this new website which will lead to a significant change in the way that customers can interact with the Council and its services.
This is the first step in the journey to improve and transform your digital customer experience.
The new site looks completely different to the existing one and is notable for its fresh and engaging design.
With over 50% of people accessing our digital services on a mobile or tablet we have created a site that adapts to the device accessing it.
We have put a lot of focus on building a platform that allows us to create better and faster digital services.
Improvements to the new site will be on-going with changes to content and navigation being the next immediate step.
Your feedback is vital. Let us know about your experiences using the website - good and bad - and anything we can do to improve further. A feedback form is linked from every page of the new site.
These are the first steps along the path to creating an improved and more satisfactory experience for customers when dealing with the Council.
