Tradesperson permits – annual

You may apply for an annual Tradesperson parking permit if you provide services to homes and/or businesses in resident parking zones in Reading. Tradesperson permits were introduced to benefit residents and trades people alike by enabling them to park in permit bays during the working day.

Tradesperson Permits are valid from 7am to 7pm only.
Please ensure the business address is used, not your home address.

They are charged at £398.

Proof of business use

Only one proof required showing the vehicle is used in the course of the day

• DVLA registration document (V5C)- Registered to the business address or
• Current insurance certificate/schedule – showing business use

Proof of property ownership

Only one required showing name and address of business, dated within last 4 months

• Bank statement
• Gas/electric/telephone bill
• Current business rates bill
