The School Street trial commenced on 7 June 2021 for a minimum of 6 months. This involved a temporary closure of Harley Road at 8.25 to 8.55 am and 14.50 to 15.25, Monday to Friday in term time only. Harley Road shall become a pedestrian and cycle route.
This Experimental Traffic Regulation Order was been made a Permanent Traffic Regulation Order on 20 July 2022. The decision was made on 15 June 2022 by the Transport Management Sub-Committee.
