We can collect the items on this page which are items you would take with you if you moved home.
We can take up to a maximum of 5 items per collection, though it may be fewer than this depending on the item type. Cover mattresses and sofas to stop them getting wet and too heavy to lift.
If the item you would like collected is not on the list or you’re not sure about the size of some of your items, you can contact us. We will let you know whether or not we can collect them. We can give an estimate to collect built-in furniture and very large or heavy items.
We cannot collect commercial fridge/freezers from domestic properties or domestic fridge/freezers from commercial properties.
We cannot collect black bags, cardboard boxes, hazardous waste, DIY waste(including bathroom suites, carpet/flooring, doors, worktops, sheds, fence panels), construction or demolition waste. We do not carry out house or garden clearances.
