Report a missed bin collection

Late bin collections

Unfortunately bins on some roads have not been emptied.

If your bin wasn’t emptied, please leave it out. We will collect it tomorrow (26 July).
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Before reporting a missed bin, you should:

1. Check your collection date.
2. Check what we can and cannot recycle.

If your collection was due

You must report the bin as having been missed within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day. If you report it after this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection day.

You must report one type of missed bin collection at a time.
