Late bin collections

We sometimes have staffing or vehicle issues that may mean we can’t collect your bins on schedule. If your bin wasn’t emptied when it was meant to be, please leave it out and it will be emptied. We are working extended hours (including adding Saturday collections) to make sure all bins are collected no more than a day late.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
If your bin hasn’t been collected within 24 hours of its scheduled day, please use our missed bin reporting form to tell us about the issue.

Before reporting a missed bin, you should:

  1. Check your collection date.
  2. Check what we can and cannot recycle.

If your collection was due

You must report the bin as having been missed within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day. If you report it after this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection day.

You must report one type of missed bin collection at a time.
