Making Every Contact Count

Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is about using everyday conversations with people we meet to encourage them to improve their health and well-being. It is about “planting a seed” and supporting others to identify their own solutions when they are ready to change.

The workshop is an opportunity to review the key principles and to gain confidence in using MECC. Before attending the workshop delegates are asked to complete a short online learning module.

Non-RBC delegates

Please complete the online module at e-learning for Health, all 4 sessions. This will take around 45 minutes.  This is open access and you do not need to create an account. https://www.e-lfh.org.uk/programmes/making-every-contact-count
