How to order visitor scratchcard packs

  1. Log into your account in Permit Application Portal.

2. Navigate to permit tariffs’: go to ‘Resident, Visitor, Temporary, Family Carer Permit Tariffs’ within your account dashboard.

3. Select ‘Visitor Resident Permit’ and choose between either the free or paid option based on availability.

4. Choose start date

5. Read through the terms and conditions and accept them if you agree. It’s essential to understand the terms before proceeding.

6. Follow the instructions to upload the necessary proof of residency required for your application. The proofs we accept are:

  • bank statements
  • credit card bill/store card statement
  • utility bill – gas, electric, water, broadband or telephone
  • TV licence
  • current Council Tax bill

7. On the summary page, review the information you have provided. If everything is correct select ‘Continue’.

8. Make a payment if required.

9. Once you’ve completed the process you should receive confirmation that your permit pack has been issued. Check your email for a confirmation message.

10. To schedule a visitor navigate to the ‘My Bookings’ section. Read more information about booking a visitor parking session.
